Keeps the four-hour volunteer requirement and spells out how the fee for households that don’t complete it is billed, when it is due, and what happens if it isn’t paid.
| Fee | $150, invoiced by the Treasurer |
| First invoice due | 30 days after the invoice date |
| If unpaid | Second invoice adds a $25 late fee, due 14 days after its invoice date |
| If still unpaid | Membership suspended until the balance is paid |
Restates Section 3.1 so it matches what the club actually charges. Fees are listed in a Fee Schedule the Board can update, and a no-conversion tennis-only option is added.
| First-year membership fee | $1,250 one-time, plus annual dues |
| Annual dues | Family $650.00 · Individual $473.77 |
| Tennis-Only (Convertible) | $720 one-time (new members) and $344.85 annual dues |
| Tennis-Only (No Conversion) | New: $250 annual dues, no one-time fee, no voting rights; waitlist to become a standard member |
Places the Board’s weapons policy in the By-Laws so it can’t be changed by the Board alone.
| Prohibited | Firearms, projectile weapons, bows, explosives, tasers and pepper spray, impact weapons, swords, and knives carried as weapons |
| Exceptions | Ordinary tools and utensils; firearms lawfully stored in a private vehicle under Georgia law; law enforcement on duty |
| Violations | Handled under Section 7.4 |
Adoption requires a two-thirds (2/3) affirmative vote of members present at a regular or special meeting (Section 8.4). The full proposed text is available to every member at least seven (7) days before the vote.
