Provides overall leadership for the Board and serves as the club's primary point of accountability to the membership.
Aaron Heine
Webmaster, 2023 - 2025, Director at Large, 2026
I sometimes get emails from families thinking of joining. I’ll show them around the property, but clearly they’re not impressed. They don’t ask for the waitlist, and I never see them again.
It’s no surprise, Pangborn has a better clubhouse and parking. Their dues $613, ours $649.
This needs to be addressed.
Membership is my priority. That’s why I founded and serve on the Social Committee. That’s why I saved the tennis lessons from cancellation. That’s why I proposed a clubhouse reno committee that would work with members(you!).
I’m confident an improved clubhouse will attract members, grow the swim team, and improve the day-to-day experience. For 3 years I’ve shared proposals and drawings of a remodel with the board. Some say, “Other clubhouses spent $400k” or “We need someone qualified to work on this.” (I have personally designed and remodeled half of my home)
DO NOT settle for my opponents plan to just “tackle poolhouse bathrooms” Aim for greatness! We can scale back as needed.
We have the money. We were pre-qualified BEFORE we increased dues. I’ll get quotes from different contractors to make sure we deliver dramatic yet cost-effective improvements and actual curb appeal.
Andy Stadnisky
Treasurer, 2022 - 2025
I'm stepping forward as a candidate for pool board president because I believe we need to continue the thoughtful, visible leadership we saw this year.
For four years as treasurer, I've managed our financials with transparency. I also have 16 years of finance experience means I understand budgets and how to present numbers you can trust—no surprises.
I want to continue the open dialogue established this year between board and membership. I also want to build on the hardwork started on projects like the stairs and tackle our poolhouse bathrooms responsibly.
Supports the President and ensures continuity of leadership when the President is unavailable.

I'll be honest a year ago, you probably wouldn't have seen me at the pool. I was never the most social person, and club involvement wasn't something I really saw for myself. But that changed. I started leading social events, got involved with the grounds, and this club got under my skin in the best way. I'm not someone who seeks the spotlight, but I've found that I genuinely care about this place and the people in it. I'd like to keep serving, quietly and consistently, the same way I always have.

Treasurer, 2020-2021, 2026
My background in the finance/accounting world spans 15+ years and across a variety of businesses. As the current LWSTC Treasurer, I have spent the last year getting a thorough understanding of the club's finances and have worked with other board members to create systems and processes for tracking expenses for each committee. I have a firm understanding of the financial needs for the upcoming proposed clubhouse renovation and a working relationship with the bank representative. I take pride in making sure every dollar is accounted for and look forward to continuing in this role!

I would love to continue serving our community as a returning Pool Board member and would appreciate the opportunity to take on the Membership role.
Through my time on the Board, I’ve gained a firsthand understanding of how our pool operates and the importance of staying organized, communicating clearly, and being responsive to our members. I’d bring that experience to managing memberships, processing applications and renewals, welcoming new members, and coordinating facility reservations.
My goal would be to make the membership process as simple and painless as possible while being proactive in addressing questions or issues that come up. I’d also like to help new members feel more welcome and connected to our club, recognizing that becoming part of a new community can sometimes be a difficult transition.
I’ve really enjoyed being involved in our community, getting to know our neighbors, and helping make our pool a place where has a great time. I’d be excited for the opportunity to continue serving our community and put my experience to work in the Membership role.
Anita Bullock-Morley
I would love to serve in the Membership Director role because I deeply believe in building a community that feels welcome, supported, and connected. As a small business owner who has worked with children and families in the metro Atlanta/Decatur area for 25 years, I’ve built my career around organization, communication, relationship-building, and understanding families’ needs.
I can promise to make onboarding welcoming and organized. I will offer clear and timely communication when responding to member and non-member questions. I can easily manage the membership applications and maintain accurate records. I would also work closely with the Treasurer and Operations to keep membership information, dues, events, and staffing needs coordinated.
Most importantly, I would work hard to offer a welcoming, inclusive, and responsive resource for the community I'm proud to be a part of.
Randy Hon
President, 2023 - 2025
I'm Randy Hon, and I'm running for the Membership position on the LWSTC Board. I've served on the Board for seven years in various roles, including three years as President, and I've always been committed to making Lindmoor Woods the best pool community it can be.
Membership manages the club's membership base from recruitment through renewal — processing applications and renewals, maintaining the roster, managing waitlists, coordinating new member onboarding, and working with the Treasurer on dues collection. After seven years of board experience across multiple positions, I know these roles and responsibilities well, and I can step into Membership and hit the ground running with no learning curve.
If elected, I'm committed to keeping the membership process smooth, welcoming, and well-organized for every member.
Broad oversight of the pool itself and related infrastructure, including equipment, renovation projects, and preventative maintenance.

Aquatics & Facilities, 2016 - 2026
I’m running for Aquatics & Facilities because I believe my professional experience can directly benefit Lindmoor Woods. I have worked for Artistic Pools for 25 years, where I’ve worked with pool construction, renovation, equipment, and the technical systems that keep pools operating safely and efficiently. I want to bring that experience to the club—not just to keep our pool running, but to help develop smart long-term plans for repairs, maintenance, and improvements. I also enjoy educating people about pools and I’d like to bring that same knowledge and enthusiasm to the club.

Grounds 2021 - 2025, President, 2026
I previously served as Grounds Director and am now running to return to the position after serving as President. Over the past five years, I’ve personally dedicated 200+ hours each year to improving and maintaining LWSTC. I’ve tackled drainage and waste issues, rat mitigation, landscaping, wisteria and kudzu removal, clubhouse repairs and painting, stairs, fencing, electrical fixes, trash areas, and general property cleanup. I’ve organized workdays, coordinated vendors and repairs, and helped identify and prioritize projects.
As President, I also built the digital infrastructure supporting our operations, including the expenses, membership, volunteer/workday, voting, and survey platforms. I wrote the processes and documentation used for our recent bylaws amendment and election, helping create a more organized and transparent way to conduct club business.
I’m ready to bring all of that experience back to Grounds—combining hands-on maintenance with better systems for tracking projects, organizing volunteers, managing expenses, and keeping LWSTC safe, functional, clean, and well-maintained.

Swim Team, 2023 - 2026
I bring a lifelong connection to swimming and a strong understanding of the sport. I grew up swimming summer league in Illinois, currently work as an administrator for DeKalb Aquatics, and am a certified USA Swimming Official. I own a sports timing company, have nephews who swam in college, a daughter who is a high-level club swimmer, and a son who transitioned from swimming to distance running but still swims summer league. After three years as the Swim Team Rep, I remain invested in our neighborhood, pool, and team and look forward to many more seasons.

Operations, 2021 - 2026
I’m running for Operations because I’ve had the opportunity to serve in this role for the past five years and understand what it takes to keep Lindmoor Woods running day to day. I’ve become the club’s point person for Sears, our pool management company and have developed a strong understanding of our operations, vendors, staffing, access, and the countless details that keep things moving behind the scenes. I want to continue that work while helping document and improve our processes so future Boards can build on what we’ve learned rather than starting from scratch. Thank you!
Ross Lawrence
I’m Ross Lawrence, a husband, dad, and longtime member who cares about making Lindmoor Woods a great community for families. I bring professional experience in operations, project management, and problem-solving, along with a lifelong passion for sports—I’ve played, coached, and worked in soccer for years. I’d love to put that experience to work for the club, helping improve operations, strengthen our programs, and keep Lindmoor Woods a fun, welcoming place for families of all ages.

Shark Shack, 2025 - 2026
I have served as the Shark Shack Manager for the past two years and have really enjoyed being part of the Lindmoor Woods Pool Board. I know what it takes to keep the Shark Shack running smoothly, from managing our weekday employee and coordinating volunteers to shopping, pricing, and keeping everything stocked and organized. One of my favorite parts is talking with members about what they would like to see us offer and finding new things to keep everyone happy and well fed at the pool. I understand the day-to-day process to help the Shark Shack remain a fun and positive part of our pool.
