Bylaws Amendment
The proposed amendment replaces 7–15 generic at-large Director seats with eleven permanent named Board positions, each with defined responsibilities. All Board members would receive full dues exemption. The Secretary position would be retired with duties redistributed. Requires a two-thirds (2/3) affirmative vote of members present at a meeting to take effect.
